Josh and his lovely wive (Ann) delivered our new pontoon personally today (Sunday) at 3:00 which insured that we would be on the lake for the 4th of July... plus they showed up with a case of chilled Corona and a full tank of gas for the test drive. Now THAT'S service. NorthStar is the only way go. I'm not only a customer... I'm a fan. THANK YOU!

Had my new 20 hp mercury worked on there. They would not warranty the parts and labor I called mercury and they said northstar had not contacted them to get anything warrantied. When I spoke with mechanic he said yea we fix this issue all the time with brand new motors. So In The end they wouldn't even talk about trying to get it warrantied and I got stuck with the bill.
