I was interested in a vehicle on their website so I sent a message to inquire, no reply . Saturday May 9 I stopped by at 11, because they were supposedly open until 2. Door locked, phoned and mailbox was full. Is this the 5 star service I've read about? I guess they don't need my money.

Have bought 3 different vehicles from North Star and never had any issues with. Excellent to deal with and will not hesitate to buy another vehicle from them.
Bought a 2004 Subaru Outback from Lee at Northstar Motors and it’s been a genuinely great experience from start to finish. It’s a 21 year old car, so I fully expected a few issues. Early on there were a couple of small things like valve gasket covers and an indicator that wasn’t working, but they were sorted straight away and included in the price with no hassle.
