It's so sad that people has so much time on their hands to be petty and cause others problems for no reason. I keep being harassed by the hoa. First was I have no porch and just a skinny path to my door. So when I get packages they either get piled against my door so I can't open it or tossed in the the flower bed. And if it rains then my packages get ruined. Additionally they water even on non watering days that floods right by my door.
