Northstar HVAC is fantastic company! Jarrod came out and scoped the project (2 Mini Splits) and was in contact throughout the whole project. Ava, Bill and Zack took care of the install and it went super smoothly. They were amazing installers! Ava took time to explain everything to me afterwards which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend!!
Once again we are totally satisfied with the service that Northstar gives us. The Tech arrives at the appointed time, is polite, wears booties when moving through the house and is in and out in no time. Thanks Northstar!
We recently had our split system serviced by Northstar. We have a maintenance contract with them to inspect our system twice a year, once in the fall before heating season and then again in the spring before AC season. Our service tech was wonderful. He introduced himself and reviewed all the work he was going to perform. He put on shoe protectors and was very respectful of our home. Northstar was great. The technician, Ian was prompt, knowledgeable, and efficient. Definitely recommend.
It's fixed! We were having on-going trouble with our heating system. I had THREE other companies out and they could not diagnose the problem. Well, Northstar (via Ian) could! Once diagnosed properly, the fix was relatively simple. I am relieved and grateful!
