This company took forever to return calls and forever to come to my house for an assessment. Each tech would say something different as to the remedy of my AC. Every time someone came out it was a different diagnosis and another necessary repair that didn’t remedy the issue. So unreliable and so many no shows which they falsely attributed to “miscommunication”. All of the techs were nice and friendly—but not effective and certainly not efficient. They made mistakes. Northstar installed two A/C units at my house in 2013. They've routinely serviced them in July,2025. I need a little coolant, but the service was great. They came on time, notified me of an arrival time the day before and the morning of my appointment. Everything was exceptional and he loved my dog!
We can always count on Northstar to be prompt, to be professional and to meet our expectations for exceptional service. Highly recommend.
Northstar Heating and cooling saved the day! When our HVAC stopped working they were able to send someone over to fix it quickly (unlike the larger company that had installed our system). Ian, our technician was friendly and courteous and had our system back up and running in no time. We would highly recommend this company!
