We have had them come out a couple of times since we purchased our home. Appointments were scheduled promptly. Each time the technician was great. They all took time to answer our questions and explain what was going on. We are very happy with the service they provided.
Chris from Northstar literally saved me in this blockbuster storm of Jan 2026. Sunday morning, I woke up to my house at 58 degrees and Chris came in the worsening weather. An ignition piece had burnt out and he had to travel at least a hour to the office and back with a part that will work until the correct part can be ordered. He was determined to fix this even though the roads are getting worse by the hour. I cannot recommend Northstar and Chris enough. I’m beyond grateful.
I had an excellent experience with NorthStar Heating & Cooling. Scheduling was easy, they arrived on time, and the technician, Andrew, was knowledgeable and respectful. The work was done efficiently and everything was left clean. I would definitely use them again.
Bill was very helpful coming on short notice over the weekend to help us.
