One star is for having the exact vehical I was looking for and the speedy process to buy... Disappointing Experience I visited the dealership with my wife and son in hopes of helping him purchase his first vehicle, a used Ford Ranger. We test-drove the vehicle and then sat down to go over the financials. We were assured that the vehicle had not been in an accident and was even certified. We went through monthly payment plans and even had the floor manager visit us.
