We were treated very well, I would go back to but my next car from them any day.
Very happy with my quick lane visit. I was able to get an appointment same day for my oil change and tire rotation. It took roughly an hour and I received a video of my car and the work they did.
I had a "Service Engine Soon" issue with my 2019 Ford Ranger Lariet. With the help of Heather, Ford went above and beyond my expations on resolving my issues. I'll be going back to Northstar Ford. They treated me fairly and effeciently. It's been a long time since I've felt good about having to take my truck in for service. Way to go Northstar Ford :)
