I absolutely love coming here. Had an implant done by Dr. Hehli and it has had zero issues and survived a work injury to several other teeth that we are working to correct currently. 10/10!
Dr. Pete and his staff are THE BEST! Recently had to have a crown put on and for various reasons I opted to have sedation dentistry. BEST decision ever. The entire process from start to finish was terrific. I highly recommend Northstar Dental and Dr. Pete!
Sure, they are great for care, but if you need to reschedule, good luck getting ANYTHING timely. Had to cancel an appointment and wanted to reschedule. They’re consistently booked 6-7 months out, It’s absolutely ridiculous.
I have had my dentures for about 4 years now. I had told the doctor about 3 times about my cross bite and I was harassed by a dental assistant, so I stopped going. I recently went back in for a consult and once again Dr. Pete Hailey refused to address the problem. I am now experiencing speech problems and other TMJ issues. NEVER GO HERE due to their negligence my life sucks. 10 grand for shotty dentures and a dentist that doesn't listen. No insurance to get them fixed and more health problems due to them than I went in with.
Today was my first appointment at a new dentist and soon as I entered North Star I immediately felt comfortable. The staff was wonderful and welcoming, really made me feel like part of their family and not just another patient. The environment is one like none other very relaxed and homey feeling. The tvs in every operatory is an added bonus. I had Kathy V. As my hygienist and she is a delight. Fast, efficient and gental she is just insanely kind.
