The best cheeseburger I've had in 52 weeks. Tiny little flies buzzing around, my only complaint.
Everything was perfect! Many kudos to the chefs here. I recommend the Northstar burger as is with the winter time ale. Absolutely delicious. #foodgasm
I can't say enough good things about Northstar - not only is the food excellent, but the service is outstanding. The staff is absolutely the best!! After first visiting two years ago, I couldn't wait to return. This past weekend, we were in town for the Special Olympic swim meet and the staff did everything to make sure my daughter's gluten free meals were perfect. Delicious food and amazing customer service! I thought I left my wallet at the Short North location and Nicki , the manager, did everything she could to find it. Eventually, she went to the extent of watching surveillance footage and called me immediately to let me know that they had footage of me with my wallet when I left the establishment. What great care for their customers and a delicious meal to go along with it. I will definitely be back!
Charge $5 for shipping a gift card is ridiculous - get a better system!!
