Super helpful staff. You know how they say there are two sides to every story? Well reading some of these negative reviews all I can think about is wanting to know Northstar’s side. Every time I had an issue they presented a solution. Is that solution paying for everything and buying you a brand new car? No. But it’s WAY more than most dealerships like this would do. They offer good cars and finance people who other wise wouldn’t have a chance. I would definitely buy from them again.
if you looking for a good used car go to north star automotive they will treat you right with Steve and Lisa in their sales department to Jeff in the service department and their great mechanics ...I highly recommend this car lot for your next used car purchase and where else can you get a oil change for 10.00?
