DO NOT USE NORTHSTAR AUTO BODY or KC TOWINGin NORTHMOOR,MO! They towed our car to this place even though we asked them to tow it to another mechanic. After they had our car for 2 days they would not give it to us unless we paid $1600 in tow fees for a 5 mile tow. The tow company KC Towing and Storage is not registered and is not listed as a business. These companies prey on people in accidents and then price gouge them. This is a common practice for them. Very shady body shop!!!!! Asked that my car be taken to another body shop but 24/7 towing refused to take it anywhere but Northstar unless I have them $980 cash. Now they are holding my car hostage and racking up storage fees while my insurance company figures it out. NEVER EVER USE NORTHSTAR OR 24/7 TOWING!!!! They work together to screw anyone they can.
Wanting to thank the team at NORTHSTAR AUTOBODY, INC. for the great job you all did in fixing my sons car, after he slid while driving in a round about hitting a curb with storm drain. Both front rims/tires replaced, suspension on both sides, needed alignment and replace parts of the exhaust system. I was amazed when we arrived to pick it up, car looked like it never happened.
