The you gentleman that came to our house was excellent! I wish I had asked his name!! He was the most polite repair person I have ever had. Although we could not duplicate the problem he certainly did try his hardest. They came in the time frame promised and that was at 7 pm on a Friday night! I will call them again for sure.
