Staff is fabulous! Property is kept clean and well maintained. In unit laundry, fitness center, community room, and playground are all added bonuses that make this a 5 star property!
I highly regret choosing the Northstar largely due to its lack of parking and proximity to the train tracks. If you plan on having a vehicle while you live here, I’d choose a different place. There is around 20 paid public parking spaces on the street which everyone shares, a private uncovered lot of 8, and a private covered lot of close to 50 with a 45 person waitlist. Love Northstar, especially the maintenance team! Shoutout to Ken and David! They are always on top of it and working hard. They are awesome to talk to and appreciate how prompt they are, even when it's busy! They deserve a raise! Shoutout to you to Jane! Always prompt with responding to emails.
