BEST APARTMENT EVER!!! you seriously cannot find a better apartment complex than Northstar. management is so friendly and communicative. the views are insane and so worth it. and the prices are amazing for what you get.
Great emergency response by staff if you ever lock yourself out of your room!! I was back in my room within 15 minutes. They take care of you here!!
college kids: DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! They will illegally deduct an exorbitant amount of your security deposit for stuff that accounts for normal wear and tear and group it under a “cleaning fee.” They will also add a 15% service fee on this. The cleaning fee will cover deep cleaning such as wall touch up, grout cleaning, oven scrubbing, etc. Minnesota state law accounts that as ordinary wear. After this, they will not respond to you. they go above and beyond here, its something special. great communication, maintenance is no hassle, its safe and homey, next to a bus stop, theres a rooftop, very clean in all the shared spaces, big windows, this is a gem! sending my appreciation🦋
