they go above and beyond here, its something special. great communication, maintenance is no hassle, its safe and homey, next to a bus stop, theres a rooftop, very clean in all the shared spaces, big windows, this is a gem! sending my appreciation🦋
I’m going on my third year living at Northstar and i’ve been extremely pleased with my experience! What really makes Northstar stand out is the fabulous management team. Since day 1, they’ve made an effort to get to know me. I lived here for two years and I absolutely loved it! I was very sad to move away. (they don't offer one bedrooms unfortunately). If you go to the U, it's in a perfect location! Management is so kind and super responsive. Jane is so sweet and so helpful! Emily and Greg are also very friendly and get to know the residents individually. They took care of maintenance requests so quickly and we rarely had issues. The one issue we did have (people crowding garage during baseball season) was taken care of seriously and promptly.
