Dr. Tammy Chan, Dr. Heidi Arbona and NP Stephanie Beier-Phillips at Northside Women’s Health in Westerville are AMAZING!!! I’m currently pregnant and switched to them this year. I saw Dr Chan today for the first time since my son was born 16 months ago and she remembers his name ( trust me from previous experiences at other offices this is not the norm) and hugged me and was so kind! She was incredible during the birth process and both she and Dr Arbona and their staff are above and beyond amazing! I am forever grateful for being referred to their office for my last pregnancy and regular care. Highly recommend if you are looking for exceptional care from an obgyn.
the BEST womans care ever. they took great care of me thru a rough pregnancy at 40!!! Dr. Chan even stopped in on her day off with her little one to say hi to me and baby Selina. The entire staff from front desk to lab to the Drs, are phenomenal!!👍👍👍💙❤💜💚
I have nothing but the best things to say about this practice. The staff truly cares about you, you get prompt call backs and they never make you feel silly for calling with questions or concerns. Both Dr. Arbona and Dr. Chan are the absolute kindest, professional and warm souls who really go above and beyond in their practice. They made me feel so at ease being pregnant for the first time with our son, and really cared about my needs/wants. 100% recommend them. Loved my experience from start to finish.
Unless you're pregnant not great for normal OB care. Majority the time I only see the nurse practitioner and if I try to schedule with the doctor are usually get rescheduled because she has to go to the hospital. Stephanie is great and took great care, they are great about being on call and the staff is super nice.
I can not imagine a more FUN prenatal experience! Northside Women's Health is full of compassionate providers and friendly, efficient staff members. They are incredibly thorough, professional, and courteous. I am thankful for their services and for helping my husband and I grow a healthy family.
