RecommendedI met Dr. Chan through their Ultrasound Tech Kaz. I had her daughter in my preschool class. I met with Dr Chan and was instantly greeted with a big warm hug, huge smile and telling me how excited they were to meet me since Kaz had told them all about me. I knew immediately that we were in the right place. Dr. Chan delivered my son back in January of 2016 and will always ask how he is and what he's up to these days. I will forever recommended them because if the amazing care not only I received, but my husband and son also.
I have had 2 miscarries in the last 9 months. After my last OB lacked sensitivity and professionalism, a friend of mine recommended Northside Women’s Health. Receiving another positive pregnancy test and calling Northside to set up as a new patient and explaining my recent losses they got me in IMMEDIATELY. My experience with them was warm, welcoming and positive. Dr. Chan & Dr. Arbona are amazing! Dr. Chan delivered my 2nd child and Dr. Arbona delivered my 3rd and I cannot say enough amazing things about them! They are straight forward but also kind and caring. I came to them after having fertility issues and a not so great experience from a previous obgyn. Their staff is always friendly and professional! They are the BEST!
Dr. Heidi Arbona and Dr. Chan are the best OBGYNs!!!!! I have been with them for all three of my babies. Two on earth. One in heaven. They have the best office staff. I love Dawn and Harmony! My kids love coming and playing with the toys. Even in a terribly sad situation like the loss of a baby, they were my strongest support. I cannot day enough about this office. These doctors. And Steph, the NP. I am forever grateful for this beautiful place and these Beautiful people.
Best OB office! I've been blessed to have three babies with them. Dr. Arbona is hands down the BEST Dr I have ever encountered! I truly love her! Dr Chan is kind and fun. NP Stephanie is wonderful! The desk staff, blood lady, ultrasound tech and nurses are phenomenal! God bless everyone at this practice! <3
I really liked this place so I was happy that I established care here, until today. I've been having pain and other issues no one wants to read about so scheduling put me through to a nurse who tells me I need to be seen. Here comes the kicker, theres NO appointments available til August. I dont trust that my primary can help me either. I called around to other places to be seen and they will not help me out because I'm not an established patient. so if you're NOT pregnant and you need care forget trying to schedule here .
These two have the most wonderful bedside manner and they really care...you cant fake sincerity...the best!!!! I have two healthy babies and its all thanks to both of these ladies and their wonderful staff!
Dr. Arbona and Dr. Chan are both fabulous! Dr. Arbona delivered my son 9 years ago, Dr. Chan delivered my daughter last February. Both are very personable, very encouraging during labor. When I had my son Dr. Arbona took our camera and took pictures for my husband and I after delivery. No one asked her to she just did it and I'm forever greatful for that!
