Keep your appointment confirmation! Scheduled appointment for 830AM. I arrived and the front office rep misinterpreted my appointments to the radiologist stated "appointment" at 0800AM. Communicating it in a way trying to relay it as though I missed my appointment time. The radiologist confirmed, but now I have to wait extra time. THANK GOODNESS!!! I kept my confirmation phone message where it stated Scheduled appointment for 0830AM. Not okay to misinterpreted a confirmation in front of a patient.
Nice people but WOW so much cheaper elsewhere. I had an MRI scheduled and their price was close to $5,000 with my portion being over $1000 with good insurance. I could not afford this so I looked into independent MRI companies. My part is now only $100~ and even if I just paid cash it would only be $450. How can the price be 10X the amount at northside? I scheduled with Elite Radiology and they got me in the next day.
I just wanna say that Ashante is the most helpful person I came across she is sweet and helpful and respectful and I can’t thank her enough I will definitely will be sending more people her way
That one lady receptionist (Jenny or something) is extremely rude and lacks knowledge and responsiveness. Although they have my insurance info, she gives me the price without checking with my insurance company, t's not a big deal, I can just do it myself. I called my insurance then call back told her my coverage and what I should be billed for. We settled the coverage, the 10% co-pay for an MRI is $360; all I said was "ok, that's quite expensive", she responded imperiously "you are welcome!" then hanged up the call, seriousl... read more
