The vets and technicians are great, but the front desk staff is just rude and very very unhelpful. I've been taking my dog there for 3 years because it was conviniently close to my house, but after getting frustrated every single time I needed to make an appointment or get an answer or medicine or literally anything, I've decided it's time to move on. I wish they could hire people that care about the animals like the vets do.
Northside's doctors are fantastic vets -- compassionate, attentive, caring, professional, and they provide exceptional care, both holistic and traditional. The vets are very busy and in demand -because- they are so good, so be patient if you take your pets there. Everyone who works there is terrific and your dear animals will be really well cared for!
