RecommendedIt’s the first Vet practice that my little boy walked out of smiling 🐶🥰 like he had a good experience meeting new people and of course taken care of on his annual visit. A Vet visit should not be a traumatic experience for them. Regardless of the reason for seeing the Vet, they should feel safe and loved. Thank you all so much.

I can't say enough good things about this practice. I've been seeing the doctors with my pets and rescues since 1999. The entire staff is compassionate and helpful. They have gone out of their way on numerous occasions to help my pets and to educate me about my pets. I wish they were my GP's !
This is an amazing clinic. Doctors, technicians and office staff have done everything possible to keep my 15 year old rescue healthy! Itty Bitty my little rescue (found tied to a fence on Hope St.) is alive thanks to the caring professionals at Northside.

Venus the front desk manager is extremely rude, unprofessional and does not care about helping clients. I wanted to get in contact with the office manager and she was very reluctant in giving me her information. Can someone please provide me with Venus direct supervisor? Thank you.
The front desk ladies are beyond rude and so unhelpful. I have been going there for 8 years and enough is enough. I was talked into doing tests that all came back negative after spending lots of extra money with no solutions. Horrible communication, the wait with an appointment is always over 2 hours. I would not suggest this place to anyone. Always leaving without answers and an empty wallet.
I have known Dr. Leiman and Dr. Eisner for about 40 years, I think that speaks for it self.
