I was referred to Northside by a reputable interior designer and because of their length of time in business felt confident they would do a good job. My cushions came back, didn't fit properly with one of the "T" cushions not being able to be pushed back to the back of the sofa, and the fabric sags over the top of the cushions. The foam was not cut properly to fit the cushion. I am very disappointed. I am very hesitant to leave negative reviews, but this sofa is in the main room of our house and will have to be redone.
