Heating system. James T. and Jason were professionals with great knowledge. Very understanding with great personalities. I hope to follow up and accept their recommendations when a little time has past. Need to organize some priorities first.
Donna Fischbach's experience with Northside Services Josh was my technician and was thorough and very mannerly. Although it turns out that there was nothing wrong with my unit, he suggested an alternative to the unit I have. I am following through with his suggestions. Excellent service I have never been disappointed in the staff at Northside Services. Today was no exception. A young man named Christian took care of an air conditioning problem with courtesy, professionalism and took the time to field my questions about the problem, explaining them patiently in terms I could understand. AC Maintenance Matthew came out to our house,on time, and informed me about what he was going to do for my AC maintenance and then proceeded to do the work. He was professional and completed his work in a timely manner plus he left no mess for cleanup later.
Matthew Matthew arrived on time and explained what he was going to do. Upon completion of his inspection he informed us of what he found. He explained our options, costs and how much time we would have till the repairs might be needed. Matthew would be the technician I would like to have in any further A/C repairs that might be needed.
Matthew Matthew was prompt, started right away. Upon completion of his inspection and service he informed us on some things we needed to be aware of later on. No high pressure, no scare tatics, just good information that we will need later on. I would not hesitate to call Northside again. When I call I want Matthew as my technician again.
AC repair Alberto came out as scheduled, very professional service and answered all my questions, would use again.
Annual AC Maintenance Maintenance was performed on 03/25/14. As usual, Alberto did an outstanding job!
