Telephoned the office this August 1st, 2019 only to find the business closed April 22nd, website does not reflect change either. Shame on them!
So they are absolutely no help. Went to try and get my daughter seen and her name wasn't registering under my benefits number. O called tricare to verify that she could be seen there and let them know the issue. Tricare told me they can call to get the information they required. The ladies at the front desk told me they dont generally do that. And denied my daughter being seen. I feel like they were being lazy and just didn't want to call. Not military friendly. So dont go!!!!!!!
The staff was very professional and I didn't have to wait very long. I will be going back. Thank you
This facility is completely disorganized, and the staff is rude and unprofessional. My husband had an appointment with them this morning at 9 am and he was just let into the back. When I went into the back with him, they wouldn't allow me to sit with with him ! He's a senior citizen, and we pay them for his health care needs. They shouldn't disallow a spouse to sit in while their loved one is being "cared" for. The staff here was so nice and caring. My wife had been very sick for two days. She DID NOT want to go to the Cape Fear Valley Hospital ER, which is notorious for having excessively long wait times and terrible service. The nurse and doctor at Northside were very professional and quickly assessed my wife's symptoms and cross-referenced them with her prescription side effects and previous medical history.
