I had an appointment there this morning at 7:30. I was told to be there at seven. I was but they weren’t open. The security guard told me they don’t open until eight, I asked him why they would give me a 730 appointment and tell me to be there at seven and he said “oh they do that all the time”I left. My time is as valuable as theirs. I will find another place to get my scan done.

Had the pleasure visiting Northside imaging today for a couple of CAT scans. The people there were absolutely phenomenal. The customer service was outstanding. They expended effort and went above and beyond calling the insurance company and making sure the pre-certifications were done ahead of time so that I didn’t get stuck with large bill. They did whatever it took to make it an awesome visit and made sure it was handled with Care. Can’t go wrong by going there.
