Dr.Torino was patient, understanding and extremely informative. She answered questions, and reassured me, and I am now cautiously optimistic about my soon to happen surgery! I think she will do a great job job!
Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. This business took money from my husband for a product, and after the transaction was completed, they later demanded the item back. It felt deceptive and unfair, as no clear explanation or reasonable resolution was offered. Customers should be very cautious when dealing with this place. The lack of transparency and integrity in their business practices is unacceptable, and we will not be returning or recommending them to anyone.
I’m not one to really write bad reviews but this one is warranted. Dr.song was phenomenal. He was very easy to communicate with and explain what I was feeling without having all the words. However my experience started not great. I walked in and could hear the lady at the front very well and she proceeded to stop me from saying my name and said excuse me I said good morning. I’ve been seeing Dr. Lesa Kegan (audiologist) and Dr Jennifer Tirino for 14 years. I have Meniers disease, vertigo, and severe/profound hearing loss. This practice is by far the best, most experienced group of specialists I have had the pleasure of seeing. They explain things in laymen’s terms and have an excellent bedside manner!
