I can't say enough about what a great experience I had with Dr. Tirino. I came in a couple of weeks ago with a very bad ear infection. Not only was she able to provide me with medicine and a treatment plan that resolved the infection quickly, but what I really appreciated was she had a great demeanor and took the time to explain what was happening, what caused it and how to treat the infection and prevent it in the future. Dr. Tirino seems nice enough. But, I really needed to talk to her or her assistant and that did not work out very well. First of all, it took two days to get anyone to answer the phone. No, I did not sit on the phone and call repeatedly until someone answered. I tried several times, through the course of two days and no answer. On the third day I did get an answer. I stressed, repeatedly, the importance that I talk to the the Doc's assistant or the Doc. I was quite important. It's been 5 days and still no answer. This does n... read more
