Things have been wonderful with Dr. Myers. I was seeing Dr. Cleary, but I waited naked on a table for 45 minutes while I heard him talking in the hallway with an acquaintence (not a patient). Dr. Gaudreau delivered my baby very well, but I was in labor for 13 hours, and even after being dilated 10 cm for a full hour, I had to hold my pushing that whole hour for her to show up showered and with make up on despite her knowing since the night before that I was in labor the whole time. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort ... read more

Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely, the customer is always right here Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was!

Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Absolutely! They were very entertaining! Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office? Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep

Was this provider late to your appointments? Sometimes, it was a little frustrating Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!
