Rude to everyone. My original oral surgeon had passed away & so I was directed to go here instead. I called to set up a appointment, and my first phone conversation with Deeb was a very rude experience. He kept interrupting me and talking over me. I was immediately turned off from wanting to go there. But knowing there was nowhere else to go because of my insurance, I relented, and eventually came in for a consultation. I really appreciate how Dr. Eldeeb took care of my tooth. No, it wasn’t the most pleasant experience getting a tooth pulled, but he was fast & definitely knew what he was doing. I had my consultation earlier this week & they were ready to get me in the next day (but I couldn’t due to having to work). Also, all of the staff was very kind & I just really appreciate that they took care of me. I see so many reviews saying how terrible this place is but I’d have to disagree.
If I can give no stars ⭐️ I would, just briefly want to say that in scheduling an appointment per referral to this place by receptionist Naz was the most rudest thing I have experienced in my life. Was placed on hold after 15 seconds of talking, then she never came back after 14 minutes on hold and no re-check to say hey can you continue to please hold or we are super busy can we just call you back the phone hung up. After calling back got the same Naz receptionist and I’m finally scheduling the appointment never got my DOB ... read more
This place is not necessarily luxurious, however, Dr. El Deeb is very kind and experienced, and the staff are all very nice. Had a pleasant experience with 2 extractions. Very quick, and well done.
The best place I’ve been to for having teeth removed by far, the dentist actually told me to get checked for sleep apnea and I did and he was right I definitely have sleep apnea. Very educated man!
