If I’m able to putt no star I will do that staff it’s so rude the thing the r the best than anyone else they miss diagnose and I’m end up in different hospitals for 9 days

This guy is horrible do your research before you fully commit to be his patient. My husband new cardiologist recommended a procedure on his 1st visit and the doctor tweaked his medication based on the results and feels a lot better. Not sure why Leach never mention the test during the 3 years he was my husband's doctor. I'm truly baffled would not recommend this guy at all.

We had an appointment for my 80 year old mom this morning at 9am at the Northside Heart Cumming location. I called the customer service number to give them a heads up around 8am that my mom had a disability and mobility issues and fell recently. I told them we would be running late and would probably get there around 9.15am which they confirmed was fine. Due to traffic, we got there at 9.17am. They seem to think they know acute services first by symptom. I hate this hospital wish another was closer. They staff up front pretend to b doctors

I have been going there for years but this last time will be it, I had my yearly mamo done a just a couple of days ago I get an email stating I had a bill. I called around for two days trying to out what it was for, Called Imaging Center they told me to call Northside, Northside had no idea, had to call insurance company they said Imaging center sent in wrong info. Do not go to this practice. They are looking to make money off of their patients. I went in for an annual physical which is covered by my insurance. They coded is as a new patient visit. I have excellent insurance and got a bill for over $250. Do not go to this clinic!!!!!!!!

Even though I have insurance I been denied the service for a small amount of money I didn’t pay but acknowledged to pay them on later time. The hospital could have inform ahead of the time but choose to corner me in a very surprising way to pay or leave. I have been fasting for this procedure and that by itself didn’t bother them whatsoever. As far as the bills concerned i already start paying them which I told I’m going to do. By far this the worst customer service you could expect from The Who supposed to care for you.

Horrible hospital. Some of the nurses are good and If it weren’t for those few, they should be shut down. The doctors do not communicate with the patient or the family even after many request a day. They charge your insurance company for medication they say were given to you when they were not given. Ask for an itemized bill after your stay and you will see. If I were dying, I would pass that hospital and get to Johns Creek Emory or Northeast Ga. medical hospital in Gainesville.
