We have been here since 7:30 and us 9:53am and my husband only went for an MRI we waited on and hour before they took him and I am still waiting! Staff does not seem to be in the ball.
I came in for a test. People are nice and ready to attend to customers.
The person who answered the phone when I called (I don't know the name) was very rude. These people have run me around in circles regarding my mammogram and it's frustrating as hell. And they wonder why people don't go the doctor and schedule appointments. Dealing with people in the healthcare business is a nightmare!!
This place is horrible, the receptionist (brown hair Asian lady) was super rude and the billing lady in the back (tall black hair dark skin) was extremely rude and they were talking about me and my mom in the back because we were speaking different language. I had a question about the questionnaire we were filling out and she was very condescending like “duh” well you better do your job and that’s your job to explain to patients when they don’t understand
