RecommendedEveryone is so nice and humble here. Wonder why it has one star?!
I wouldn’t even send my worst enemy there. Service is horrible and patients are not taken seriously. You complain to the appropriate department and nobody takes responsibility. Maybe nurses and doctors need reevaluate why they are there for.
Billing is the worst. My own experience, as well as the experience of many. The reviews on this hospital all point to a poorly orchestrated billing dept. The administrator of the hospital, refuses certified letters to avoid conflicts. She should be fired.
my Dr sent my covid test to the lab at Northside Forsyth to get quicker results. It still took 2 weeks to get the results and then I got a bill from Northside Forsyth in the amount of 495.00 with the code for LAB/BACT-MICRO. I called and was told the bill didn't mention Covid to ins and I would be responsible for anything remaining after insurance paid the agreed 'labwork' rate! If they are doing this to others, it's a racket and needs attention! I am not paying 495.00 for a Covid test done at a hospital I didn't even go to!
While my doctor was closed for the Covid-19 shutdown, I needed a blood test. They told me to go to Northisde Forsyth to get it. I did, and the hospital was a confused mess. I can understand that for that time period. But, then I got charged $1850 for a blood test with my part being $750. When I get this same test done at Quest or Labcorp, my part of the bill is usually under $10. So, they want to charge me 75 times what I normally pay. RecommendedGood Morning, My name is Thomas Stapleton and my father Michael Stapleton was a patient at Northside in Cumming this past Sunday . Michael’s condition had worsened to the point where we were told that he may not make it through the night. My family hit the road as soon as we were told traveling from St.Augustine FL and Mobile AL. RecommendedI want to say what a great job Northside Forsyth is doing. The emergency room was all over my situation from the moment I walked through the doors until they moved me to my room. Then the 7th floor team took over and what a great team. This hospital has definitely raised the bar in patient care. Thank you very much!!!
The worst place to take you kids. All they do is take your money. Rude unprofessional people that work there.

She knew I hadn’t eaten in two days and I was desperately hungry. She left campus on her very short work break, and ran across the street to buy me dinner on a Sunday night with her own money.
