If you choose this imaging center take good notes on the location. Especially the building letter. I wondered why they wanted me there a half hour before my appointment. It took me 20 minutes and help from 3 people to find the office. Once I did get there and fill out the paperwork, (about 5 minutes) it was an hour after my scheduled appointment time when I went back for imaging. However, the staff was great.
The building was hard to locate on the campus. We found several others wandering around looking for Building F, and none to direct any of us. Very poor signage. While the front desk and registration personnel were very pleasant and efficient, the techs handling my MRI were not very kind or pleasant.i have had numerous mri’s since being a brain surgery patient, and I always note down I have to pre-medicate for mri’s to get thru it. Staff friendly and efficient. Wait time was a little long but it happens too often for it to be a surprise
Absolutely a wonderful experience! My son had to have a double MRI, pre and post throwing to see what was going on with his arm, and the entire staff was the nicest people ever!
