The care I received by Tusonah was great. She made me feel at ease and took time to explain everything. She made me feel comfortable during my study. :)
The past few months, I have been fighting with billing. They send an email once or twice a week saying I owe money for my co-pay deductible. Repeatedly I have provided proof that I paid during my visit. Yet they seem to begin refusing to take any action to fix it. I can assure you that next year I will have nothing to do with any Doctors associated with Northside. Yes, that means several doctor groups that I have been going to for a very, very long time.
Ms Teresa Richardson is awesome...caring and attentive. The bed was ok but for the most part everything was clean and on point. I appreciate her service and the sleep study was a positive experience.
