I initially came to this practice after already having X-rays and an MRI, and after working with three different pelvic physical therapists over several years without lasting improvement. My symptoms were attributed to postpartum changes, and I was referred by Dr. Potts within the practice for an ultrasound-guided cortisone injection by Dr. Powers because conservative treatment had been exhausted. I was recommended here by my ENT, the office staff was very unprofessional, does not know HIPPA regulations, the lady at the front desk had no customer service skills and treated me so poorly i did not even want to see the doctor. I ended up walking out, I recommended not to visit this office.
