I have never been to this place that something doesn’t go wrong. I have shown up for a mammogram to find out the machine is down yet no one called me. Then I came back and they didn’t have any techs to do the test. Today I came for a cardiac appt. My appt was 10:30. I went back to the desk at 11:20 and they said soon. Never again. At the advice of my doctor he requested that I go to ER for an MRI. He asked which location I would be going to I had my choice of their Canton Ga location or Sandy Springs location. Canton was the closest but results would be coming faster from Sandy Springs. The security people were rude and entrance was almost impossible to enter. I took my 85 year old mother to the Northside ER. If I had to describe the staff in 2 words it would be quiet quitting. My mother had not eaten or drank in 2 days and was deydrated. We arrived at the ER around 5:45 PM. We got called back around 9:00. Around 11:00 I ask if she should be given water or an IV. The nurse sitting at the station said they don't like to do anything until the Doctor gives the order. At midningt they brought in an IV. If I’m able to putt no star I will do that staff it’s so rude the thing the r the best than anyone else they miss diagnose and I’m end up in different hospitals for 9 days
This guy is horrible do your research before you fully commit to be his patient. My husband new cardiologist recommended a procedure on his 1st visit and the doctor tweaked his medication based on the results and feels a lot better. Not sure why Leach never mention the test during the 3 years he was my husband's doctor. I'm truly baffled would not recommend this guy at all.
We had an appointment for my 80 year old mom this morning at 9am at the Northside Heart Cumming location. I called the customer service number to give them a heads up around 8am that my mom had a disability and mobility issues and fell recently. I have been going there for years but this last time will be it, I had my yearly mamo done a just a couple of days ago I get an email stating I had a bill. I called around for two days trying to out what it was for, Called Imaging Center they told me to call Northside, Northside had no idea, had to call insurance company they said Imaging center sent in wrong info. Do not go to this practice. They are looking to make money off of their patients. I went in for an annual physical which is covered by my insurance. They coded is as a new patient visit. I have excellent insurance and got a bill for over $250. Do not go to this clinic!!!!!!!!
