Didn’t even make it into the office yet. The scheduler Kareema was extremely rude and off putting. As the first point of contact she should be more warm. Working in healthcare requires compassion and kindness that she is severely lacking. If your job is to schedule you should have 0 problems answering the questions of those who are seeking to schedule. My advice to management is to provide some retraining for this employee on proper phone etiquette.

1. I had the worst experience with scheduling an MRI appointment. They would refer to each other and put me on calls with their scheduling department that NEVER was responsive. Even though my doctor had put an MRI order with this hospital, I had to call for more than 10 times to finally get an appointment scheduled. 2. They gave me the wrong address. I went to the address they gave me over the phone, and THEN their front desk realized that they no longer do that type of MRI in that location!!!! So, I had to drive in so much ... read more

I waited from 7:45 am to 9:00 just to “check in” at registration. The Northside Atlanta Breast Center has ONE person registering in this office. My appointment was at 8:15 am. At Meridian Mark location, there are always three-four workers at registration and it runs like clock-work there. What is the deal?!?

Arguing by office staff can be heard by all In waiting area! Over 20 minutes of yelling back and forth about too much work. X-ray Closed early-tech “just left “ at 4:00 but open until 5:00. Terrible!
