I waited from 7:45 am to 9:00 just to “check in” at registration. The Northside Atlanta Breast Center has ONE person registering in this office. My appointment was at 8:15 am. At Meridian Mark location, there are always three-four workers at registration and it runs like clock-work there. What is the deal?!?

Arguing by office staff can be heard by all In waiting area! Over 20 minutes of yelling back and forth about too much work. X-ray Closed early-tech “just left “ at 4:00 but open until 5:00. Terrible!

Attempted to schedule an MRI was told they had to have the doctors orders and preapproval from the insurance company. Little to my knowledge the same day a claim was submitted to my insurance company stating they were the referring source and request the wrong type of MRI. I ended up going to American Health Imaging and paying out of pocket because northside fraudulent claim held up my pre approval.
