It seems to be hurry up and wait. Most of the staff are ok, they have been doing their job for too long. Seem to be on auto-pilot. In extended recovery there was a nurse named Briana that was extremely rude. As if having a family member in surgery/hospital wasn't stressful enough, this person spoke to me in a totally disrespectful way and almost prompted Mama bear to appear! It isn't necessary to talk to people like that. Glad it was an overnight.

I wanted NO ONE to visit. So when my mother in law suddenly appeared in the doorway, you can imagine the shock I felt. Unfortunately I don't have an option to give negative rating. One of the worst hospitals around. If you have an option don't go here. So called Dr gives high dosage medicine even after all the lab works are normal. Even an uneducated person knows, when the lab works are normal, a nominal dosage should be prescribed. High dosage is just a one time prescription to get anything to bring it down. Later go back to the normal dosage. Frustrated with no help even after repeated messages.
