Came here on a Wednesday afternoon at 4pm it’s still 7:20 no doctor and no nurse this is insane.
June 9th, 2026, 2:35pm, was the worst experience of my life at a reputable hospital like Northside Hospital, and they acted as if nothing had happened. I just entered my third trimester, and today I was supposed to do my 1-hour glucose test. My concerns started with the very first person I saw, who said I would have a few tests, that being the doctor's assistant. Good patient care. I walked in for the first time the waiting room was full. My first thought I’m not feeling well as is and it’s going to take all day to feel better ❤️🩹 not true they got everyone in a room in a timely manner to see the doctor. Took all X-rays etc whatever they could to find issues and resolve my problems to get back healthy and happy again and it didn’t take all day. The nurse was amazing and so was the doctor. My last delivery went smooth because my doctor is awesome, but the night nurses were rude. Also, the nurses told us the “nursery” where the nurses watch babies at the nurses station is free…that was a lie. We got a bill for over $3,000 for them to “freely watch” our baby. I’m grateful this was our last baby. I absolutely love my doctor, but I would not deliver here again.
