I had surgery on 4-8 after spending the night first thing that happened was I called the nurses station to get some help I was in a lot of pain the nurse took exactly one hour to assist me while I was in tears .when she came on she stated I was doing my report. I came to see my nephew’s newborn baby and the lady who greeted us at the front desk was very dry and rude and I don’t know if this is normal in maternity wards but they have no stair access. I have a severe phobia of elevators and I’ve been in other buildings where people tried to assist me but I knew she wouldn’t even try because she was so unfriendly and I was right.
