I want to keep this short. Northside is AMAZING. They aren’t perfect and no hospital is, but if there were a perfect hospital it would be them. I lived at Northside Atlanta as a pregnant patient for 10 WEEKS! If anyone knows Northside, it’s me. They saved me and my baby when another hospital had no hope for us. I had a very good experience during my surgery and recovery. My doctor and all the nurses took great care of me and made me feel comfortable and supported the entire time. Everyone was kind, respectful, patient, and very helpful. I especially appreciated that my doctor personally called me after I got home to check on how I was feeling and recovering. That meant a lot to me and made me feel truly cared for. I’m very thankful for the excellent care I received from the whole team at Northside Hospital

My last delivery went smooth because my doctor is awesome, but the night nurses were rude. Also, the nurses told us the “nursery” where the nurses watch babies at the nurses station is free…that was a lie. We got a bill for over $3,000 for them to “freely watch” our baby. I’m grateful this was our last baby. I absolutely love my doctor, but I would not deliver here again.

Everyone at this hospital is so KIND and nice! The doctors and staff are incredibly exceptional, supportive, caring, and super knowledgeable. I mean everyone from the security guards, nursing staff, janitorial staff, and folks working in the cafeteria are the most helpful people I have ever encountered. Walk down the hall, can I help you find something? Here, I'll walk you there! They really take good care of you. Super happy with the level of care my mom is receiving.

Good patient care. I walked in for the first time the waiting room was full. My first thought I’m not feeling well as is and it’s going to take all day to feel better ❤️‍🩹 not true they got everyone in a room in a timely manner to see the doctor. Took all X-rays etc whatever they could to find issues and resolve my problems to get back healthy and happy again and it didn’t take all day. The nurse was amazing and so was the doctor.
