I had a very pleasant experience. My time of arrival was around 7pm on a Tuesday and the emergency room was fairly quiet. It didn’t seem to be busy at all so I was taken care of and treated right away. I came in with internal bleeding so the severity of my condition required immediate attention which I felt like the staff gave. If you plan to do skin-to-skin with your baby, DO NOT deliver at this establishment! When my baby was born, I opened my gown and asked multiple times to be able to do skin-to-skin with my new baby. At Northside labor and delivery now don’t think we are having baby yet they will keep us for obs. I Have to say the nurses and dr have been awesome. Great personalities. Made you feel like a human being. Have been to Emory in Decatur labor and deliver and they wouldn’t even let me in with my wife and 2 yr old. Here at Northside they welcomed us and have been so nice. My child is very well behaved doesn’t bother a soul. Thank you Northside for caring for my wife. Very glad we made the decision to deliver here. I do work acros... read more

Pleasant, speedy, and attentive service with superb attention to detail. I really appreciate everyone who cared for my daughter. Starting with the ER nurses and doctors. I can't remember the names of everyone as I wasn't fully aware of everything that was taking place at that time, but you all were great. When we were able to move into a room in the B unit, we were blessed to have nurse Jenn. We appreciate you. We were asked to move to another level due to needing that particular room space. Hospital services are great, billing/accounts is AWFUL! Make sure that if you have a payment plan set up for services do NOT bother paying it off early, they will not cancel the auto payment even when you request for them to stop the auto payment & even when the balance is $0, they will continue to charge you. I have spoken with leadership in billing & continue to get the same response - they will not refund me because I have another bill pending. The kicker is the balance is $0 regardless so they’re holding my money hostag... read more
