I had a very pleasant experience. My time of arrival was around 7pm on a Tuesday and the emergency room was fairly quiet. It didn’t seem to be busy at all so I was taken care of and treated right away. I came in with internal bleeding so the severity of my condition required immediate attention which I felt like the staff gave. Some of these people at this hospital are angry, rude and hostile. I went there for a car accident that was no fault of mine yet they billed my medical insurance for 12k. Their business office called me last week wanting me to pay over 1k. I repeated myself several times to the guy who has a lack of understanding that the bill was forwarded to my attorney. Yet he insisted that I have my attorney call him and because I did not comply he became angry and all bent out of shape and accused me of giving him a hard time. So I hun... read more

I have had two surgeries here and have had fantastic experiences each time. The staff are absolutely wonderful. They genuinely care and listen and do everything they can to keep you comfortable and stress-free. I told them I wake up very cold from anesthesia and when I woke up, they had me covered with a heated blanket and several layers of blankets. Hospital care and medical staff is amazing. The security on duty in the morning is rude and combative. It is no reason to be rude and combative when someone asks a question. You are in a position to work with the public and if being asked a general question upsets you to the point of being rude and trying to interfere with a patient getting to where they are going by a specific time you may need to rethink where you are working. From the front desk to the nurses to CT x-ray and lab and especially the Dr. Jordan! They took GREAT CARE OF ME. Yes it’s a long wait and that is because the dr. Actually takes care of her patients. They and listen, order test go over plans. Amazing! It worth the wait.
