I am currently in ER (Northside)as we speak and I was transported by my primary facility Kaiser Permanente. I wish I could’ve stayed at Advance Care Kennesaw (KP) . Here at Northside I don’t really feel comfortable. The Nurse whom I asked nicely for a blanket because I am anemic she just hung up on me. I called bk she came with the blanket but actually thought I could put it on me myself. She said I had to ask her too. But I have never had to ask a Nurse or Nurse Aide to put the blanket over me to keep me warm. No empathy a... read more

I am enjoying my day at Northside Atlanta Hospital, and my tech Lakita. She is wonderful and my nurse Emma is also wonderful. They’re treating me nicely and they’re being very respectful and they’re making sure that I am very comfortable and I am enjoying it. My pain is getting better thanks for the medication. The doctors are wonderful here. I really enjoy my stay at this hospital being admitted it’s not a good thing but being treated well makes the stay wonderful so I am really enjoying myself And I give them both an all f... read more

I want to take a moment and thank my Doctor Assia Stepanian and every Doctor and Nurse who assisted with my surgery. I was unable to get everyone's names but my family and I were well taken care of from the time we checked in till I was released to go home. The bedside manner and personal attention was beyond anything I could have imagined. Surgery is never an easy task but each step of the way the staff made me feel taken care of. The experience at this hospital the last 2 days my daughter has been here is HORRIBLE!! The nurses and techs are amazing but your doctors on the high risk ward should be ashamed!!!! My daughter came in 35 weeks pregnant high risk with a cyst by her vagina. She was sent by her OBGYN for issues with the babies heart rate! They left my daughter in excruciating pain and a doctor NEVER ASSESSED her, only pushed meds including morphine that she was skeptical to take! The pain became so unbearable she eventually gave I.
