I had the unfortunate time so sit with a lady named Aja to explain billing to me. She had the worst attitude with updating my address. Grab the paper back after I had to write it down because i just moved and haven’t updated my license yet. Literally just moved within the last 2 weeks. Why should I have to explain that to a doctors office like they are the police?? Then hands me a sheet with billing that i didnt understand.
