The office was so kind and helpful and got me scheduled for same day service, which was completely unexpected! The tech was out just a few hours later and was very nice and quick in his assessment and fix on the furnace. RecommendedWhat a GREAT company. I am a first time home owner, and on what was predicted to be the coldest night of the year, my furnace broke! I called and asked to be put on the list to be seen for an off hours house call. Their On Call service Tech was extremely busy with 3 house calls before ours, but added us to his long list. He called when he was on his way, and arrived around 1020pm. It took him less than 5 minutes to figure out what was wrong, and about 40 minutes to replace the broken part. We had heat by 11pm. RecommendedI am disappointed in the negative comments that I have seen. All I can say is they have done work for me on several occasions, each one being done with a fair cost and professional demeanor. I trust them to be fair in everything they do. One example; during one of my semi-annual inspections I was told that a motor was going bad. Even though they had not installed the furnace, the service tech checked and found it was still under warranty. I would not have known otherwise. Just one example of their honesty.
