Had two ensemble frames that required custom help. Bob was very helpful and l really like the finished product. Will return for future projects.
As usual, Northside Glass and Mirror did not disappoint. Their team is extremely responsive and direct. I've used them several times in the past and will continue to use them for my custom glass and mirror needs. This time we ordered two custom glass pieces. They were ready in less than a week at a very reasonable price.
We had a cracked window pane and a couple of others with failed seals, so we called Northside Glass and Mirror. Dennis came out to our home, took precise measurements, and inspected all of our windows—he even found two additional panes with failed seals that we hadn’t noticed! He took the time to explain the differences between pane types and provided multiple quotes at different price points so we could choose what worked best for us.
