Guy on the phone needs an attitude check. Asked if they would be able to get a job done within 2 days, and he acted like I asked an offensive question and hung up the phone. Seems like a Nepo Baby. There are several better options out there folks. As a business owner I would suggest hiring a receptionist that has basic communication skills and can control their emotions.
I ordered custom glass for my shower from Northside. I’m extremely happy with their customer service and product. Technicians were also lovely. As a realtor, I will be recommending this company to clients who are also looking for window or glass services. (Side note, they didn’t ask for a review or give some perk to give a 5 star review. They earned it.)
We received a competitive quote on a new replacement shower door. Installation was completed when we expected and professionally installed. We were very pleased and would call upon them again, if the need should arise.
