No customer service Did not repair forklift and they do not stand behind their work. We have given them plenty of time to repair this forklift and make it right but it sits in the same spot doing the same thing as it did when I called them. We have paid them what the technician recommended to get it going and it still does not work. They will not honor their warranty. They are asking for more money to investigate more. Use at your own risk.
The repaired forklift didn't last more than 3 days.They refused to come back to check on the forklift without additional cost to the original issues,Please avoid to use this company do any work

I would just like to point out that 37 years in business is not a fly by night company and that we warranty any and all work performed. We are a family owned and operated so we will never take advantage of our customers, even though sometimes they do us. Each and every one of our customers are like family, because without you we would not be here. All we ever ask for out of any of our customers is the opportunity to prove ourselves by our quality of work and service.
Worst business i have had to deal with in years! Purchase a $25,000 forklift from these guys which had battery issues and a hydraulic side shift leak from day 1. After months of messing with the battery they finally replaced them and the ignition switch. I still had the hydraulic leak all over my floor every day which posed a slip hazard. After dealing with Lindsay and her insults repeatedly they rebuild the side shift cylinder. Still leaked.
