The front office staff are rude. I am scheduled for a major (brain) surgery Wednesday (in Ohio) and I needed pre op blood work. They refused to help me since "We don't order another doctor's tests." I'm switching doctor's because this isn't the first time I have had issues. Maybe a change of career is in order if you are that burned out.
Doc Parman is AWESOME and so is his incredibly awesome staff!
