Has anyone used the VBAT at this office?
I have been a patient here for many years; however, I will no longer step foot in this place! The office manager with no medical degree told me that I had chronic fatigue syndrome & needed to see an endocrinologist (none of this is true - I have autoimmune disease). I was not given the opportunity to see a doctor to discuss why I was there. This really saddens me that this practice has gone downhill! They were the best!
Really like them! Been a patient for about 6 years now. Miss Kirby very much, but still good.
When I came here it was only about distance. it was about somewhere close to my home. I got here and the receptionist were polite, there facility was clean and professional and My doctor Nicole Rivera is awesome. I couldn't even imagine going anywhere else.... You all are just what I was looking for.
I randomly stumbled on Dr. Kyle Mitchell about 10 years ago. What a find!! You will not find a more personable doctor who takes the time to get to know you and your family and not rush through appointments. He has always been able to help fix my families health issues and educated me in the process. I have had the pleasure of using their other doctors and P.A.s and all are excellent! My only complaint is that it can be hard to get an appointment with Dr. Mitchell! I guess others in Woodstock have found him too.
I love ALL the staff. I love it that they know me by my name and always ask about my (adult) daughter who has cancer. Anytime I have needed them, they immediately helped with what ever needs I had.
THANK YOU THANK YOU so much for helping me with my son today, he screamed the whole time but everyone was so helpful and fast!
