I'm upset. I don't understand why because I "self paid", you would not provide me a detailed receipt for my health share company. What do you care? I paid you, it's my information and I'm entitled to it. I like Dr Tracy very much, but this Northside policy is BS. Having to pay $85 to simply get a prescription refilled (not including the medicine, of course) and then not being able to get a detailed receipt is BS.-

Appreciate being seen so quickly today. Anne Lindbloom our NP and Kevin were awesome!! So caring and efficient! Front staff very helpful and courteous. My only recommendation is to not have a “food/cooking” show on in the waiting room. My daughter was a little 🤢 - but when I asked the staff to change the channel they turned it off completely which was great! Thanks so much for taking care of my daughter today!

The staff was very friendly, the doctor's bedside manner was wonderful, and they were very quick! The doc not only called in the Rx, but made sure the pharmacy had it in stock.

The staff are very helpful and it beats going to a real ER and waiting hours to see a doctor. I visited them the last holiday and was so relieved they were open bc I was miserable with a sinus infection. They rock!!

I had to go a few times this spring with whatever sickness was makings its rounds and I was always in and out in 30-45 minutes, including the waiting time. The doctors and staff are always friendly and can be reached after-hours!
