I received a call at 8:10 AM on the morning of my 10:15 AM appointment, telling me that I needed to contact my insurance company myself to verify coverage—even though I had already provided my insurance information twice. I was told my last physical was on 2/26/25 and that it hadn’t been a full year, but I had changed insurance since then.
