Great office, great dentist. Dr. Laga just did a crown for my husband and it was such a pleasant experience compared to previous ones he has had before. We have been seeing Dr. Laga for a few years now and it’s always a good experience.The entire staff is very personable and professional. We have been very pleased and highly recommend Northside Family Dental.
This place is truly amazing! I was in a bit of bind with a broken tooth and freshly new to Florida. Dr. Laga and his staff made a slot for me to be seen today as a new patient and were nothing short of spectacular. From start to finish I was truly in exceptional hands. My issue was taken care of and I was back out the door promptly. If you are ever in need of anything, Dr. Laga and his staff will be sure to give the best care imaginable.
Dealing with a front tooth issue is definitely stressful but the care I received from Northside Family Dental was exceptional! Dr. Laga handled a tricky repair on my 16 year old implant with precision. He took the time to carefully locate and tighten the loose screw while saving my crown and keeping me comfortable through the process. If you need a dentist who is both highly skilled and genuinely caring, look no further!!
I was leaning towards giving it a 2-star rating because of an unpleasant experience with a staff member who was unable to adequately explain why an overpayment owed to me had disappeared from my account. She refused to examine the explanation of benefits and the payment receipts I had brought over to her to prove that I should have an outstanding credit on my account. I had such a wonderful experience at Dr. Laga’s office! I especially want to highlight Chloe, the dental hygienist!! She is incredibly gentle, kind, and patient. She takes her time, explains everything clearly! I highly recommend Dr. Laga’s office to anyone looking for exceptional dental care with a personal touch!
