I felt uncomfortable the entire time I was there. They texted me to come in early they are ahead of schedule. I did went to the back for xrays and an hour and ten minutes in to it they stated they were behind. Uncomfortable sitting in the chair where I was basically listening to sales pitches with other patients. I get it everyone has their different needs but I shouldn't know about their financial business or anything about their care! Dr Laga is an amazing dentist and is very knowledgeable. He was able to diagnosis and resolve the issue very fast. I would Highly recommend anyone in Lakeland to give Dr Laga your business. I strongly disagree with some of these negative reviews being left on here as well as Dr Laga treated me and all the people I recommended with kindness and honest opinions. I also own my own business so I do understand that some people leaving reviews are just not happy people and there is nothing you can do to satisfy them.

Dealing with a front tooth issue is definitely stressful but the care I received from Northside Family Dental was exceptional! Dr. Laga handled a tricky repair on my 16 year old implant with precision. He took the time to carefully locate and tighten the loose screw while saving my crown and keeping me comfortable through the process. If you need a dentist who is both highly skilled and genuinely caring, look no further!!

I went to Dr. Laga’s office on Monday with a terrible toothache. I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to give me the same day appointment at 2:00 p.m. The staff was kind, welcoming, and very professional. Dr. Laga examined my tooth and removed the one that was causing the pain. What really stood out to me was that he personally texted to check on me afterward to see how I was doing.
