I was leaning towards giving it a 2-star rating because of an unpleasant experience with a staff member who was unable to adequately explain why an overpayment owed to me had disappeared from my account. She refused to examine the explanation of benefits and the payment receipts I had brought over to her to prove that I should have an outstanding credit on my account. Great office, great dentist. Dr. Laga just did a crown for my husband and it was such a pleasant experience compared to previous ones he has had before. We have been seeing Dr. Laga for a few years now and it’s always a good experience.The entire staff is very personable and professional. We have been very pleased and highly recommend Northside Family Dental.
I have been going to the dentist my entire life (55+ years), and I can say pretty confidently that dental hygienist Chloe at Northside Family Dental is the absolute best I've ever had. Chloe is more complete and thorough in her cleaning of my teeth than any other I've ever had, and it's not even close. I highly recommend Dr. Laga, Chloe and Northside Family Dental!
