Hire someone that knows how to run a business (not a farmer) and can actually fix the products they sale. Worst place ever! I take my kubota to central equipment.
Take your business elsewhere. Tried to service our Kubota zero turn mower. Took over 4-5 weeks to get our mower back and it is still not fixed. Cost us time and $700. � Do yourself a favor and do not buy or have anything serviced at this business.
Make sure to get the prices in writing!!!!! Worst dealer ever!!!
Shipping is unbelievably slow! They have the best prices but the shipping department is the deal breaker for me. I can order from a competitor and have the same stuff shipped the same day.
Ordered 4 oem hydraulic hoses for a woods loader from Norhtside Equipment on 8/30/2015 believing they were in stock since they were listed and also believing since shipping costs were high, that I would receive them more quickly than from a couple of other dealers in other states. After a week with no update on parts, no tracking information and no parts delivery I called for a status.
