I have nothing but good things to say about Northside Hospital but their ER is simply awful. I spent 4 hours there in the most unbearable pain I have ever experienced before being seen by any medical professional. No triaging - just first come first serve. Turns out I had a bowel blockage which could have been fatal.
They billed my husband for services which were provided 9/30/23 and billed for 4/10/23. I called to tell them they billed the wrong date. The man didn’t care one bit and did nothing to fix it. My Insurnace won’t pay for the wrong date, terrible customer service **** update*** it’s now 3/16/2024 and they still are sending me bills with the wrong service date that haven’t been fixed and resubmitted to my insurance… I’ve called them atleast 15 times and spoken to managers at their billing dept and it’s useless,
