This was the worst mammogram experience I've ever had. The technician was rude and extremely rushed
Know your benefits. Just like all of Northside if you don't know what your insurance covers they will overcharge you and then hold your money hostage for months saying they are waiting on your insurance. Also if you do know your benefits and you question them about it, they take offense and yell at you in front of everyone in the waiting room. I have never felt so uncomfortable.

Worst MRI imaging experience ever! So bad that I told my specialist that I absolutely refuse to return to this location. The trouble starts about 10 days before my appointment when they call me up demanding an upfront payment of just over $3000 (since I have a high-deductible health insurance policy), which of course makes sense since I pay for my car repair before they ever look under the hood and my $200 restaurant meal before they serve me… (you get the picture).
