Worst MRI imaging experience ever! So bad that I told my specialist that I absolutely refuse to return to this location. The trouble starts about 10 days before my appointment when they call me up demanding an upfront payment of just over $3000 (since I have a high-deductible health insurance policy), which of course makes sense since I pay for my car repair before they ever look under the hood and my $200 restaurant meal before they serve me… (you get the picture). So far my impression of them is very unfavorable. Was told to come 30 mins early for registration and that was 45 mins ago. Not happy.

I came in today for a CT scan. The front desk staff were so nice and helpful. The nurses and radiologists were beyond fantastic! 10/10 experience.
I have had many scans done there. I have found them to be very professional with excellent patient care . Also I really like the access ability with regards to parking much better than going to Northside. Also a short wait time for your appointment. I highly recommend.
