Literally the worst doctors office I’ve ever set foot in. So incredibly rude, never answer the phone or return calls. Half the time they schedule my sons appointment and then “don’t see it on the schedule”. I’ve requested his medical records twice and they “never received the form”. I stood in the office and filled it out and handed it to the receptionist. Still have no records. I’ve asked to speak with the head nurse three separate times and can’t get them on the phone. My son had an appointment with Dr. Anderson on Wednesday July 31, 2019 I requested a referral at that visit Dr. Anderson said not a problem. We left and I forgot to the referral to the specialist. I have called this doctors office everyday for the past 5 days with Not one return telephone call. Today I came into the office and spoke with Lisset in person she has no people skills whatsoever I also spoke with her on yesterday and she never returned my telephone call but assured me that she would fax the referral to the special... read more
Staff is extremely rude and pushy on all sorts of things. Receptionist was extremely rude, and nurse expected my child to do things way above the ability of a toddler. Ridiculous wait times along with the headache of dealing with rude people.
I love children’s pediatrics! Dr. Anderson is always sure to explain everything to me and ease my worries as a first time mom. His wife, the nurse practitioner, diagnosed my son with reflux based off of symptoms I hadn’t thought anything of previously. We can always get an appointment when needed, which is great. The nurses are all very sweet and helpful. I’m so grateful I found this place!
I love that both the doctors take time to explain everything, their staff are always kind and my son feels very comfortable there
