I had the best experience today 10/31/2025! Delane, ReAsia, Ashley and Dr. Pearlman! They were very knowledgeable, kind, patient and thorough. I was so nervous and anxious about my biopsy. They made me feel so at ease. They answered all of my questions without an attitude, and made sure I was comfortable. The biopsy was done with no pain! I didn’t feel anything! Thank you to the dream team for a wonderful experience!
Something really gross happened with their diagnostic pre check for mammogram. A member checking me in stated on the date of this review that I owed 126.00 for my mammogram when I knew that isn’t true due to my coverage plan with Humana. The Northside rep kept stating she verified my insurance and that it was what was due prior to the apt and she would send me a link to pay now. I told her to check her info again and she stayed adamant that I would have to pay it today or go through the check in process again. This didn’t wa... read more

I was a bit nervous about coming here because of all the bad reviews but my experience was surprisingly very smooth. When i scheduled my appointment they told me where to park and what to bring. My appointment was at 8:30 and I was told to come at 8am to registration. Registration took about 15 minutes and then I headed to the breast center to hand them my paperwork. I didn't have to wait long until they called me back into the 2nd waiting room, where they came out and offered snacks and water while we waited. I waited about... read more
Inefficient, rude woman directing patients, unacceptable wait time. They need to go to the Roswell WellCare facility to see how it is done. This was a terrible experience.
