I approached the owner on the night of my daughter wedding. 9/17/2022. He told me we would get this handled and rectified to call Monday. I called Monday 9/19 at 4:29 and spoke to his wife. I explained the issues stating she would have him call back. He didn't call she did at 5:02 left voice mail I called her back stated he will call tomorrow. she stated he procrastinates. I hired them to cater my wedding on 09/17/2022. Upon hiring them I told them there would be a full kitchen at their disposal to keep food hot ect. I paid almost 1,200 dollars for this food. They show up and set up, myself being the bride, I was the first person to get food. It was maybe lukewarm at best, so I know by the time all of my guest got through the line it was more than cold. We used Northside BarBaQ catering service for our wedding and they did a fantastic job! They were on time, set up, and ready to go! We got so many compliments on the food! It was not only good, but nice and hot! They had great communication as well, which is super important to a bride! I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a catering service! We also have eaten there a couple times and the food was amazing! We definitely did not leave hungry!
