When we took our vehicle to Northside Auto they took care of all our needs but did not suggest things that did not need doing. They were efficient, helpful, and knowledgeable.
Staff polite and courteous. Vehicle checked and an issue of safety was found in addition to the reason the vehicle was brought in. The additional repairs were completed that same day saving myself time and expense to book additional time. Thanks to Cindy and Chris.
Love this place. I used to go here lots when I got my first vehicle back in 2003. Best service and friendly staff, and great prices. Now I bring my new vehicle to them as well.
Asked for diagnostic service & received same for the quoted price, even though it actually took more time than originally estimated timeframe. Good people willing to say they can't find the problem but not charging an arm & leg to do so.
